Steve McCurry Exhibition

Today was the last day of Steve McCurry´s exhibition “Alma Revelada” in Instituto Tomie Ohtake in Sao Paulo. There was around 100 prints 120×80 centimeters and was one of the most beautifull exhibitions I´v ever seen.

Mr. McCurry has taken what may be the most famous picture in the world: the “Afghan Girl” shown above and below. For most of his life he shoot Kodachrome have taken nearly 8 hundred thousand pictures with this film. I´v heard a lot about Kodachrome deep, bright and beautifull colors but I had no idea untill see the photos myself.

Unfortunatelly we couldn´t take pictures inside so this is the only one I have from this exhibition.
